Rooms not cleaned properly no reception poor service

The stay was terrible, there was no cook even though they said a cook will be available at the time of booking. We didn’t even get a coffee/tea. There was a kettle in the room but no water, no glasses, no tea bags or coffee powder etc. The rooms are not provided with blankets, hence with the ac on it becomes extremely cold. The rooms were not well maintained, bed sheet were dirty. There isn’t a full time contact available at the location. The contact no. Provided keeps ringing but the person doesn’t pick up the call. It’s an utter waste of time, effort and money to stay in a remote location like this where you can’t find a restaurant close by. This place is not at all maintained! the owner who is running this facility is not bothered!

No water in the morning. Curtain rod broken so that there was no privacy. No hot water.

The rooms are old. And the furniture and other things are not maintained properly. There were no towels and blankets and the staffs are also not accessible

I would rate this hotel cum home stay very poor. They is no basic amenities provided. Stay are non cooperative. Very bad service. I will ask all gust not to visit this hotel

Property location was not correct and also staff was not available at the property. No drinking water not maintained. Staffs generally are mot present at property.

super deluxe ac room redefined. it was terrible experience to stay here. never dare to come here with your family.1) dirty walls2) fan doesn't works3) no power backup (i guess they turned it down to save ac bills at 11pm, because surrounding areas has power)4) it's a lodge, no food available. no room service available.5) even they can't give you a bottle of water if you don't bring yours own.6) near to beach, but the way to beach is through a jungle and a narrow (1 feet max) walking space. you wouldn't dare to go though this way after sunset. it's not a hotel, nor a resort, nor a honestay. it's just a dirty, un-maintained room.nearest restaurant is 1km away and highly stiff road.no reception desk, after reaching this lodge it took 1 hour to find out the caretaker. the caretaker don't know english or hindi. they denied our checkin but our cab driver was very supportive. he stood with us until they arranged a room for us. it tool almost two hours. without our cab driver it was impossible to checkin at this lodge. he was interpreting our language.it was a painful experience to staying here.no checkin and checkout process followed. no id cards were taken. no guest register there. it's a highly unsafe place for families. we leave the room in very early morning, no one there to inform the same.all guests have same complaint that on arrival

The location of hotel is not at all good also rooms are not clean and bedsheet full of dust. The picture shown is completely different from the reality. I don’t recommend family to opt that place
