Hotel stay was good, but I felt it little over priced considering the room condition. Ceiling fan was not working properly. Remote control of the television was totally broken. Room was too small.

A beautiful stay. Location was good.

We booked an ac room we were given a room where the ac wasn't working. After so many requests made they gave us a ac room after 24 hours. We were charged for ac room for both days but we availed the ac room only for one day.

We have been allotted a sea facing room, but lift was not working all time, swimming pool was good, we have spent lots of time there, pillow was not clean, roof top garden wasn't arranged, overall good stay, room service was very good, sea beach was in walk able distance, sea view from balcony, very big issue with lift, it was not working at all, with sound system we have enjoyed a lot, roof top garden is not in use, walking from hotel, pillow was very dirty and not comfortable. no water bottle has been given for complimentary only aqua guard water was there,bathroom was not up to mark, its dirty, in morning light comes from curtain, breakfast was worst only puri curry, bread and egg, overall good stay.

Food is only good but very costly. Very bad experience.

The shower was not working. The bucket provided was dirty. The towels were torn.

Very bad condition at bathroom, and no telephone is available there.

I wanted a hotel as close to the railway station as possible and Roofers was a perfect choice for me. After speaking to the support staff, I made the bookings. I had verified the same from wikimapia website about the location. The rooms are awesome with proper light tone and great ambience. The bathroom was also clean and tidy. Altough I didnot use the swimming pool, but I was astonished to know that its the only hotel in Digha which has a swimming pool. Even the roof top garden was a wonderful during the late evenings.

Room prices are very high as per their quality is concern. Location is good otherwise nothing good about this property.

not at all satisfactory

The hotel is located in New Digha quite close to the beach. The staff were were helpful in everything .We travelled with an extra person and they provided an extra bedding .We faced no problems here. The best part of this hotel is their restaurant where you can get excellent food.We tried the bengali preparations of Hilsa, Pomfret and prawns ...they were wonderful.The swimming pool, however,didn't have water for the first two days of our three days stay here .That was the only lacunae ... Best place in New Digha !

Good to stay. The room service is exellent.

Service is too bad in the hotel.

The hotel was not clean. AC does not work. Beds are broken. Staffs are non co-operative. No swimming pool facility. No floor carpet in Delux Room. Managers are non-cooperative and arrogant. Hotel does not have a bar but says having mini bar in room. No Wi-Fi in room. Very small room.

Not very good. Good thing, hotel is near to sea.

One of the most modern hotels in Bengal. But cleaning is totally absent and bugs are crawling all over. Staff members are so apologetic that they readily agreed to clean at 9 o'clock in the evening! Fittings and fixtures are all broken and the trash can in the bathroom has rusted to a crumbling condition. The owners of the hotel have employed absolutely untrained, incompetent and lazy staff.

The pool was clean and good.

FOOD WAS BAD, LINEN WAS DIRTY , HOUSEKEEPING SLOPPY, ROOM SERVICE HORRIBLE !! WAS TOLD THIS IS NOT A STAR HOTEL-- WHEREAS MAKEMYTRIP SAID IT WAS 4 STAR !!! PARKING SPACE WAS AN OPEN AREA IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND NOT INSIDE THE PREMISES !! DINING ROOM HAD NO TABLES , PROPER CUTLERY , VARIETY -- ONE HAD TO EAT FROM A PLATE HOLDING ONTO IT --WAITERS SLOPPY NON RESPONSIVE !! RECEPTION WAS LACKADAISICAL TO SAY THE LEAST !! PLEASE CHANGE THE WAY YOU APPROVE A FACILITY IN MAKEMYTRIP !!

Good hotel for the price. Plus points are clean rooms, good service, good location and a good restaurant to go with it.
