Property was extremely dirty, no caretaker response, no wifi passwors given, lots of housefly were ther. Extremely poor stay.

Won’t say the property was value for money but was a good enough place to stay. Finding the property was a bit difficult and the unresponsive attendant made it more tough.

Budget friendly and comfortable stay

The studio is extremely well maintained and very clean. It is full of lush green, society is also very secured and it's a wonderful place to stay with your loved ones. The grocery shop is just downstairs, so we can buy all your stuff and cook things inside the studio. The best part was the host was always available throughout our stay for every small issues. I strongly recommend the studio for other guest and rate the studio as 10 out of 10.

Location is perfect, could be great, but very unclean

It's a beautiful Studio and it my repeat booking with Shibabrata's Studio. As always everything is so well organized and the host Shibabrata Bhaumik is always available for or any issues. Studio is excellently located in such a lovely area where you can have all the facilities like salon, spa, general grocery, pharmacy and lot of places to eat just downstairs. The overall society is very secure and gated with 3 tire security and and is connected with Metro at walking distance. Parking is easily available. The place has 2 ac suited for Noida's temperature. Metro is at walking distance. Many eateries deliver via swiggy,zomato and uber eats. Its value for money and you will love the experience of the studio with all basic amenities present inside. I will visit again.

A 28th floor apartment for two people is really beautiful. Nice and clean studio apartment with some good stickers on wall. All the amenities were available in the apartment. It was a comfortable stay at the apartment.

Do not book this property! So we checked in around 4:30 p.m. and we were told it is self check-in and the key will be at the locker right next to the room door on the 12th floor. We entered the pin given to us only to find there's no key. We called the supervisor who told us that "Ma'am, there is an issue. The caretakers are having lunch and they took the key. Please fetch the key from the second floor". That was still fine but we spoke on call right after the booking so these things could be taken care off. Next we entered the room. The pictures shown for this property here are lies. Only the room interiors were same but the amenities provided are all lies. The lady supervisor kept on saying that they had toilet paper in the room and told us we are lying that there are no toilet papers in the room. We had to wait 4 hours for the guy to go and get us toilet paper. 4 hours! And we had it booked only for the night. So 4 hours is a lot of time for us to be wasting on something like this. There were no glasses in the room either. Forget about the other things like shampoos and tea bags (as they have shown). We had to argue with the lady even after sending pictures of the room and washroom showing that there are no toilet rolls here. Even the MakeMyTrip executives kept repeating and asking the same things that we have mentioned in detail several times in those 4 hours. The toilet rolls were delivered to us at 8:15 p.m. All in all, do not book this property. Just don't.

Start from booking, I requested for a stay in Paris county suits and resorts instead I was provided room in Ajnara Elements which was no where mentioned on MMT nor on booking details. Basic amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner and bed slippers and toilet paper were missing. When I tried calling on number provided to me, it was unreachable and most of time, no response was given.

We were on business travel and booked 3 suites. Rooms were stinky, geysers did not work in any of the rooms when outside temperature was 5 °C. Towels provided were of very poor quality. In a couple of rooms washrooms were not clean. No one was easily available at the property to address concerns. Interestingly in all 3 rooms, power would go off about half a minute after geyser was turned on. We couldn't take bath in such cold weather during our stay. Bucket provided had a crack at the bottom and wouldn't retain water for long. Bathroom doors were not closing properly in all the rooms. TV unit did not have any connection in any of the rooms. You are expected to carry Fire stick/laptop and HDMI cable of your own to use it. Wifi worked. All in all, skip this place and look for a better option.

The studio is very well located and crystal clean. All the shops like saloon spa, grocery, bakery or cafes are just down stairs. Also it is very well connected by metro at walking distance, and you would love the courtesy and hospitality provided by Shibabrata and his team. I would come back again for sure and thank you so much for hosting us.

The staying experience at the property with my family was really bad. The staffs were not professional and behaviour should have improved. The basic amenities were also missing.

A fit for two, it's a studio apartment on the 11th floor with a decent view. Will minus a point for not so clean bedsheet and blanket, rest the apartment was clean and perfectly maintained.

It was pretty good stay. Everything was arranged well.
