Worst you can get, book only if you want to suffer

Beautiful location. Good facilities

Worst hotel I have stayed in. Reception clueless what to do, extremely dirty everywhere, entry is blocked with sand and stones, takes hours to return change, asked for black tea with sugar gave me a milk tea, room damaged. A Dharamshala would be better.

I went to the Hotel And they showed me a very very small room, with no attached toilet or bathroom, later they charge me extra for bigger room. Room service was not good too.

We called and asked them will it be OK, if we check out about 3 hours late then the given time or should we come and check out now I was stuck in some work, then they said yeah it will be OK but when we came back for check out after 3.5 hours they said we need to make full payment for the next day. I argued and lastly they took 75% of the total fare for one day extra. I feel it was completely unjustified. They are not at all reliable. Moreover, the room was not so hygienic also. We had booked an AC deluxe room.

No value, didn't let us Stay, even 18 plus but not letting us stay.

Never ever I will go there next time

Almost an hour to prepare aloo paratha.
Very disappointing. No one was knowing password of WiFi. No hot water available. Very late service. Will not recommend again.

They didn't provide attached bathroom whereas less than that price, I stayed with attached bathroom.
It was too small to stay in in term of budget as well.

Even though, the place was a bit conjusted and parking facility is not so great, overall standard of the hotel is satisfactory. The made ensured my room was immaculate an a daily basis and reception staff was very friendly and also extremely helpful as compare to other hotels they provide all the facility in affordable budget.

Excellent location, easy to find a nice hotel with friendly staff and a good Restaurant. Lovely large room with comfortable bed, Well kept and proper clean bathroom, Tea/coffee making facilities in room. I will book again on my next visit to Silchar. "A cosy, Comfortable place worth the money.

First about hotel well not hotel almost lodge !!! : Hotel is attached with a hospital through a gate so hospital persons used to come in hotel and their hospital clothes are kept in a cub bed close to our room. The hospital bins are also kept outside of our room. In nut shell I will never receommend this hotel/lodge to a couple . . And few phographs of room doesn't belong to hotel rooms also.

To start with entry it does not look like a hotel. A small room without A. C, and bathroom without geyser, without mirror, more worst without washbasin which was fixed in the room without mirror. While one wall is fully mirrored. Lot of mosquitoes were there even good night was on since the covered net of the windows was broken visibly. The receptionist promised to provide one more coil but did not.

Measurable. Very poor. MMT should not keep such hotels or lodge in list. Booked for two days but only could stay for 1day. I will not recommend to anyone in future. Very much disappointed. Never thought you would keep such a hotel in your list.

Location is good. Rest all are bed. Poor room condition. Extreme congested Bathroom. Old and worn out bedsheets and towels. Double charge of MRP even in water bottle. All total a horrible experience.

The rooms are not properly designed as well as the sanitation is too poor. However the staff are unable to understand languages ... & Their reply is too funny and awkward .. Crowd in the corridor feels railway station .. Ultimately need some proper steps to recover these kind of problems. The executive rooms like a ordinery room .. In short LOL services are there . But the food services are not too bad ... Its quite OK ..

Worse, pathetic, horrible if there is any word combining these three word, that's it, pic in the site is fake, room they had allotted initially, was so small that even the luggage can't open properly, the better room which they had provided was on mrp, bathroom size was 2. 5 x 5. Approx, no basin, water stays at the toilet for very long time. Since its inside a nursing home, hospital staff Rome around and make noise at least 1 am at night, its a nightmare, a big no for this hotel, I would request MMT to remove from the list.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit awkward. There is no balcony or great view. The climb to the third floor was somewhat embarrassing at times as staff take food on the stairs. A few services like food took a little over desirable time. But otherwise everything was nice, prompt service in general.

Apart from the entrance. I found the hotel good. The room is spacious and bright. Should do something about the entrance. The washroom was clean and toiletries were present. Food in the restaurant was good but was bit heavy on the pockets. Overall satisfaction is good.

1 here by inform you that the hotel service was very bad and the behaviour of the staff were very bad and please next time try to show us the original condition of the rooms don't make customers fool remember you are in a service business. Thanks for the bad experiences from your website. Please try to show the original pictures of the room.. The room that was shown on the photos, that was not give by the hotel manager. Even they provide us a most third class room. I am very much dissatisfied.
