Very nice place with excellent location and view. Stayed with my two friends.

Not worth any rating. Although buffet breakfast was included only poha was available. 6000+ for a family room but room was not clean and no toiletries provided. Shifted next day

I had to leave early from the place. The manager was very rude. Basic amenities mentioned were not provided. No electricity on first 2 days. No wifi in room

Huge fungal mold in bathroom, dirty and filthy floor, shower was not working, there was no cupboard in the so called super delux room. We were 3 adults and stayed for 4 nights and it was extremely inconvenient without a cupboard. The power socket was broken. The only thing positive was the parking space in front of the hotel, which is a public road and it can be fully occupied by other vehicle parking.

We booked deluxe room for 4 adults, room was so small to just accommodate 2 adults. Owner/manager were extremely rude. Breakfast was very ordinary.

I have paid for family room no intercom no tv no almira no table no space geyser not working kattle but no tea bags, no milk the shower is not working no latch in wash room hand condition

First of all don't go by the images shown on mmt, the room condition was extremely poor, bathroom was badly stinking & room was too. I paid for 2 nights but it was impossible for me & my family to stay for 2 nights so we checked out on 2nd day. I had to purchase room freshener & odonil for bathroom so that we should spent at-least one night. The room service was extremely poor, they almost 1 hour to serve food, they don't listen & didn't delivered the food what we ordered. After making complaint for stinking room & bathroom, they didn't react & listen. They spoiled our spiti tour, my kids got sick bcos this unhygienic room.

Hotel service is good. Room is clean and food is good

Location was good but rooms were not clean. I had to ask to change bedsheets, pillowcase and quilts cover. Washbasin taps were not working.

The home stay doesn't provide mineral waters. Power backup did not work. Room has broken wooden floor. Doors doesn't lock properly. No intercom. Bed was not in good condition. Even you can't get an extra blanket.

Hotel is located with perfect view of the snow clad mountains. Taste of spiti, one of the best known cafe of spit i is also present below the hotel. Recommended.

1) pillows were stone hard. Was not looking for 5 star quality but a basic soft pillow is a must in any hotel or homestay 2) blankets were not fresh. I had a bad throat infection after staying here

The way to hotel is very narrow road if you have suv u might get struck if there is another car

We travel-led as couples on a road trip across spiti. After home stays at remote villages, this place was like a sneak peek back to civilisation before moving back on high mountains again. The rooms were clean with fresh linen and towels. The cafe downstairs provides good choice and taste of food. The staff was really friendly and helped us in every way possible. The location is exactly in the centre of town and the local market is just 2 mins walk. A great pit stop indeed for those on a long winding trip across the treacherous but stunning spit i landscape

Rooms are tiny, not well maintained, their restaurant does not have proper variety, food was ok, restaurant gets closed at 9 pm. There is no one from the hotel from 9 pm till 8 am. You are on your own. There are better hotels, rooms and restaurants next door which is a plus. We had to check out early morning so we had to move our baggages/ suitcases on our own through the dangerous staircases from 2nd floor to the ground. Manager is rude, doesn't care a damn about you and your situation. We stayed here for 3 nights and our experience in spiti was great except at osel rooms. They don't even change towels daily. All in all, would never recommend to anyone. What you see in pics and what you get is completely different. Pols choose your stay at kaza carefully. Doesn't matter even if it is a homestay, but should have good staff / people to offer great experience / memories.

First wehn i believe oked the room it was shown different room and when i reached the hotel other room provided to me. But when i had a word with hotelier, i was provided the same room. And the view from this hotel is magnificent. Loved staying at this property.

1. Rooms are average but hygene is great 2. Staff is very polite and sweet 2. No room service or support staff 3. Included breakfast had only 4 items, aloo prantha, sandwich, tea/coffee, thupka and guest can only pick one per person 5. Taste of food was not good.

It was my worst experience regarding dining eating in the restaurant attached with the hotel. They first took payment for food and did not gave any receipt. On inquiry they informed that they do not have receipt. During checkout they extorted charge for food bills again and denied the payment that i made earlier. This time i demanded bills for the food and they handed me over a receipt for the payment. My mistake was that I did not strongly insisted for the receipt for the first time as it is a general practice in such small food stalls at kaza to not to provide receipt for the food you eat at such places. I was cheated by the hotel rooms and the restaurant at over rooms and I feel it is their practice to cheat families. I would like to warn other travelers to be very careful about this place and if they choose to stay and eat-out at their food stall be sure to collect a receipt otherwise you will fell in their trap.
