The rooms are nice and clean but you need to book Him Shelter for it’s owner Arun. Helped us with Taxis, food and almost everything you need in kaza. If you are heading to Kaza for the first time, Him Shelter should be your one point solution for everything. 10/10 recommended.

Location of Him shelter is good with rooms facing the mountains, ample parking space, decent rooms with hot water supply but food is average. Can be considered just for stay minus the food.

perfect stay with amazing view

i booked the room for a night and planned to extend my stay. arun took care of the entire process and made sure that i enjoy my stay. food was epic and you get 180 degree view of the mountains right from your room.

Nice people with good hospitality. you will get veg food in inclusion of lunch, breakfast and dinner, egg as well. But the food taste is good 😊. Due to power outages, we face issues with hot water. The power back up is there but didn't work for the geyser. they will provide hot water for basic stuff like face wash and tooth cleaning.

The location of the property is close to the police station, market and petrol pump. The staff's behaviour is good. The food they prepare after placing orders. The food is fresh and taste like home food. Ample parking space.

Poor Stay

Not good value for money: poor ventilation and slightly mouldy, no electrical outlets, bad bed design ( no side bedside table, but has shelves in headboard which can be hit by head (ouch)

In kaza him shelter is the most suitable place. Hotel management is best, in him shelter fooding facility is available, if i came next time i will stay-in him shelter. I love him shelter.

Rooms are clean, restaurant is at top floor that is 3rd floor, room service not available. Staff is courteous.

Please note that due to no laundry facilities in Kaza, we do not offer room service for breakfast and dinner. we rely only on our in-house washing machine. Even minor food stains necessitate replacing linens to maintain our cleanliness standards. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you better in the future.

soloThe place was easy to find. The room was near & clean. They helped with the luggage which was big support. Just one area of improvement, the kitchen could be kept near & the cook to be more efficient. The food was either too salty or too spicy… pls consider
