The location is beautiful, the route a bit off the track. But that day, when we were there, a party was scheduled for the next day, and we didn't have much service as there are only 2 guys handling the place. Over-all, a pleasant place, but can't rate the service.

The room size was small. There was very poor lighting in the room even in the superior room. There were just two white bulbs hung. Complementary breakfast had only pratha and poha. Even for dinner the complete menu was not available. They gave us only a few options to select saying that their kitchen is busy with other rooms order. Even a complimentary mineral water bottle was not provided. Housekeeping staff was reluctant to climb three floors to come to our room. Not recommended to stay at this high price with such basic amenities.

Standard rooms have no standard. Door locks broken. Window does not have insect nets. Balcony door had no lock

Stay was comfortable location was good

I had booked 1 queen’s room for 3 adult and 1 child but the room was given a normal delux room which was too small for 4 person. I had to hire one additional room which has increased our budget. No facility of card acceptance was there. Either i had to pay through cash or through upi.

We had a great stay. The hotel provides excellent service and all the staff is quite friendly and cooperative. They have generators for power back up. The best thing is that they provide electric heated mattress even for standard rooms. Only reason to give 4 star instead of 5 is that there was no cupboard in standard room because room itself is pretty compact.

Service boys are too good, but hot kittle not available in room, family room is too old, manager behaviour was not well.

Nestled in kaza, the hotel offers excellent view of the snow capped mountains on one side and the rugged mountains on the other. The rooms are very good and hot water is available at all times. The service is great and the hotel is highly recommended. The parking area is pretty big also

Room neat and clean, food is good and service was excellent. Hotel staff is very helpful.

Heater is working very slowly. You have to wait for more than 30 minutes to get medium hot water. Complimentary breakfast menu is worst you will get only two or three items menu.

Though if you are booking this hotel for view and room comfort in terms of bed etc it's a good deal but services are definitely not upto the mark. Breakfast: no variety at all, you have to literally wake up the staff to give you tea even as late as 8 am dinner: very limited options, no menu at all donot order chinese or non veg other things such as electricity etc cannot be blamed on hotel but food definitely could be better serviced that too when we were the only guests at that time. Better cafe and eataries available nearby. One such is himalayan cafe, a must try

Friendly and cooperative staff my room was upgraded with magical view of mountain. Only issue was hot water rest everything was fine. Home made breakfast prontha and tsampa was oswam. Overall nice stay.

People there are very helpful and friendly. Value for money stay.

Basic amenities are missing. Like room heater or hot water bag. At such a low temperature, if these facilities are not provided, the hotel or MakeMyTrip should highlight this properly not as children friendly or children safe. The property is also having a good number of menus in their menu card but 80 percent of their menus are not available. To be noted, the property has no WiFi and the location Kaza is only having BSNL connection, none of the other operators like Vodafone, Airtel, Jio will work in Kaza. Hospitality can cover many shortcomings, but in this hotel two men running the show, and also felt like not clean enough. My overall understanding is, visitors to Kaza should try other options rather than this one.

We booked this place after looking at the pictures on MMT. However, our real experience was completely different. The view from the rooms is very normal, also rooms are very small with very below average amenities. In the end, I would say they are charging a very high price for the rooms and services they are offering.

Food is limitation. Location is remote and tea is not served appropriately.
