Good Experience for: 1. Near to BLR Airport (25 Min.) 2. Air port drop Service 3. Decent Rent 4. Decent Staff Poor Experience for 1. Room cleanliness, odour, water leakages on wall, poor internal ventilation to rooms on one side 2. Non functional Toilet flush 3. Quality of Towels provided 4. No Elevator to property 5. Driver assigned for Airport drop asked extra money for short route saying, there are two routes to air port, one takes 35-40 min and one short route which takes 20-25 min.

Room geyser was giving shock, this was not rectified by the hotel. It was mentioned the property has kitchen but the breakfast was brought from outside and it was cold.

in this property main electrical problem when i switched on the gas gyser was cortect shocking as well as when touched the hot water that water also shocking same as my laptop also shocked due to electrical earth issue todayy life started with u happy i attended my interview with out bath

First of all no lift facility. we were given the 3rd floor. we went for a transit stay as the hotel was close to the airport. Rooms are not clean

Nothing works in this hotel. TV , intercom is just for show, it does not work. To top it innumerable power cut. I had to call them to turn on fan as their generator seems to run out of diesel

Such a terrible experience, staffs are very rude. We have booked 2 rooms but they didn't give, they forced us to stay in a delux room, i asked for refund and cancellation but they refuse, we had to leave the room and took another hotel

We booked for two days and then extended for four days more for stay. Service is good. We get help as asked

Good night stay option closer to bangalore airport. Worth the price as they give clean bed to sleep

The tv is not working there was no recharge in the tv and one more thing that the window was broken it was completely unsafe for family couples or friends anybody worst experience

Good in services and co-operative staffs. Rooms are clean. Location is also good its near by airports.

The room was smelly and the bed had marks and cuts. The only fan in the room was, for some reason, near the bathroom door. Why? even at full speed, i couldn’t feel the air since the fan was so far from the bed. The room had a weird stench to it. The walls were tainted. The only good thing about the room was the washroom, which was decent at best. As regards the service, there is no lift in this hotel and no one came to bring my luggage. I had to take the heavy suitcase down 2 floors. Not that i am complaining but a lift or a helper would have been great.

I am shocked by the behaviour and service of hotel. Entire one night halt was wrist experience. Breakfast charge is high and food they got from nearby tiffin center. Lunch was okie okie. Room was clean but washroom was not good. Water issue was there and lot many things. I am not sure how make my trip and deloitte have given clearance to such 3rd class hotel service. I won't refer anyone to visit this hotel.
