Ninad homestay

It is very easy to book through make my trip. But if you want refund the page will not open. I had booked for 3 ppl. My daughter dropped out. I tried to edit the booking for refund, but the page was not opening. There are no nos. To call.

The washroom is not maintained like jet spray is leaking the bathtub is dirty, car parking is not proper, bed is making noise, etc

Arrangement is good for stay but food is so expensive compared to quality

Stay was very pleasant. Property is beautiful. Loved the way everything is managed. The view of mountains from the resort is mesmerising. Also the hospitality offered is good. Would recommend to others.

In the room there to much dust and bedsheet and other garments like towels and etc was too much durty and anyone used this

Staff behaviour was good and the place for time spend is worth it food also good well maintain room and washroom was hygiene over experience was good value of movie for person then can provide dj night if possible rest all was great thank you for the service

Room were clean and very comfortable i loved everything about this villa, from room types, customer service, and pool etc i will recommend others for sure but tv is just a showcase not working

all good but pool 9/10 ...............and ac was not working properly staff was totally good

Cottage was not good i was book cottage e but they are saying e cottage key are missing so unfortunate shift another cottage

"i was disappointed with the establishment's overall condition. The kitchen lacked hygiene, the food quality was subpar, and the bathroom was in a deplorable state. Furthermore, the metal rooftop made the space extremely noisy during rainfall. These issues need to be addressed to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for patrons"

- expectations were high bit did not meet mine. - the property was really good but inside the cottages it was really unhygienic, sticky floor, stinky washroom and sticky floors even there. (sticky floor are not because of rainy season. - the staff was really good and calm specially the guy who stayed for night duty, he was really cooperative. - the property location is quite a best one as there's peace and everything looked good. - we paid 2k for food apart from booking fees and it wasn't really worth that. Not even me but even the other people residing at different cottages felt the same thing. - it wasn't even tasty, poha were very oily, panner was only masala and panner pulsv was not at all good. Kindly take feedbacks for food there and then so that you'll get an idea. - if they are costing such about its your duty to give that level of satisfaction to the customer. Total unhygienic rooms, dogs and cats sitting directly on the outside chairs of the cottages, dusty fans, sticky and stinky washroom, hand bathroom shower was broken, no grill to the window as a safety purpose, dirty blankets and towels. - other than scenic and outside look of the cottages nothing was feeling like wow. - no one can stay for more than one day. - i won't recommend this to anyone.

Relaxing, calm, serene, cozy, beautiful place, view pool, good for staycations, weekend getaway, food is the only dissatisfaction

Location and place is good service was nice by care taker clean place to roam good for couples within your budget good quality was also nice

Ambience is good. Small swimming pool. Not large area with limited parking. Approach road nees to be better. Bushes along cottage needs trimming which causes unnecessary sound on sliding window during windy days. Ac needs cleaning.

Good place for family and couples. Food and Ambiance was good. Good to visit during monsoons because of the scenic view.

The stay was very good especially the rooms and the swimming pool was kept very clean. Food was great only draw back is the kitchen service, the plates, spoon and glasses are not kept clean

Recently stayed at ninad homestay, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is lush with greenery, creating a calm and serene atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. My room was well-maintained and impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The food was also excellent and delicious that satisfied my palate. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.
