Very bad and no hot water no power nothing waste

It’s a terrible room, with awful Maintanance, spiders in room, bathroom door not closing, all the bed sheets are having foul smell, painting happened almost a century ago. Pathetic management , no room service, you have to trekking on your own between floors for water and food, and the worst part is the food is terrible, don’t fall for the trap. Stay elsewhere

it was a very old cottage and parking facility was not appropriate, food service was not available from ouside restaurants.so we have to travel to main road to get food. overall it was only an average stay

very good service. They provided extra bed. water heater also available. They contacted us and send location before we reach. The property also beautiful.

It was a horrible experience. The stay was terrible. We had no electricity for the whole night. The toilet was leaking and no food amenities were available nearby. On top of this, the caretaker couldn't care less about resolving any issues. Upon informing him of the issues, he didn't utter a single word and just saw the room and left with no resolution or response afterwards. When we finally contacted the owner, he just simply told us to cancel the booking and go. We were left stranded and had to pack up our things and leave in search of new accommodation with very little notice period. It was a really hard experience finding new accommodations in such short notice and then paying extra Money for it since the refund wouldn't be processed for at least 4-5 days. All in all, I highly recommend not to book this stay. I do see some positive reviews for quite a while back but my experience here has been horrible.

The experience was terrible the room and bedsheet was not even cleaned or washed. The bed sheet has blood stains there too. I haven’t taken any pictures from there but, trust me from outside it looks okay but from inside the floor was full of mud. I couldn’t even think about it

Great location and very good service. But to the amenities inside the rooms were inadequate for a group of 5 people, considering that the given room was supposed to be a 'family deluxe. Rest everything went well.

Good and friendly stay

The lodge not suitable for the family stay. Horrible room with dirty stuff around. Everything is dirty.

Care taker balu is an awesome person. Is there any necessary for assistance, he will arrange for our needs. Pleasant garden setting. Good parking space and his lemon tea is fantastic
