Mookaanana Resort

Had a wonderful time at this resort! The location is beautiful, with stunning natural surroundings that make the whole place feel peaceful and refreshing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. Overall, a perfect spot for nature lovers and anyone looking to relax. Highly recommend!

The property and location was beautiful . There were lot of activities to engage . Picture perfect views of natural scenic valleys and waterfall was simply divine . Some of our favourite activities were kayaking and trekking to the waterfall . The staff was cooperative too however there were some instances of mis-coordination and it took really lot of effort in getting them to provide Jain food despite of getting confirmation from the reception at the time of check in . Food was not Upto the mark . When ordered food in room service they did not provide any plates , bowls or cutterly to eat . Looking at the high demand and delay in service we then had to manage with the tea cups and foil paper . The room bedding and towels could have been a little more cleaner as there were some Stains here and there . Otherwise a very beautiful built resort with a lot Of potential

It is almost 30kms from sakleshpur, in the middle of the jungle. Hospitality is not that great. it's far from all the sight seeing spots. though it is situated in a very beautiful landscape, travelling from the bike could be a challange.

the people in the property are not helpfull . the restaurant people will take minimum 1 hour to cook basic order . the buffet is idiotic not many options . the price is of a 5 star hotel but the service is low level . you will find all kinda of insects and dirt in the pool . The kayaking guy does t care about anything he wont be there half of the time . they will switch off all the lights so you can fall and hurt yourself . they will serve sour curd so you can have good digestion. The value for money js pathetic here . no one will come for room service .

perfect place for a break, had nice time with family and friends, Clean rooms and cooperative staff

planned for 3 day stay and this was an excellent place for a family outing, cooperative staff and good food

was very good the nature retreat to enjoy, hospitality wise very good loved the experience at the resort

It’s Far good than what i expected ., Just little cleanliness of resort buildings & Better Bonfire will make it absolute 5/5 !!

Resort is in a good scenic location. Food quality was awesome. Swimming pool is maintained properly. Can spend 2 days here.

I had a terrible experience and would like to bring it here. we two families booked stay for a day , it was absolute night mare. anything and everything you order/ask , everything is delayed. No one cares to answer calls or even no network to call anyone. We tried ordering food to our room, and guess what , they asked us why should we deliver, if you want come and have from restaurant. another instance , Room doesn't even have towels. I have to wait for 30 minutes and multiple followup s to get it delivered. I didn't even see a single positive thing to share. above all, OVERPRICED !!

As per the name peaceful and serene. move towards forests means no Network only wifi in rooms and campus . Food and staff are good

Pricey and a horrible stay. Lack of staffs. Food taste was terrible. We had highlighted the issue with the resort manager but nothing was done from their end. Rooms had bedsheets with stains. It took a total of 2.5 hours for ordered food to arrive. We spent some 5800rs for pathetic food. The rooms were small, no maintenance. AC wasnt working. Please visit if you want to experience whatever written here.

The property isn’t well maintained, although there is so much scope to wow the guests. No wi-fi. Food is average to poor, many items like cakes are not fresh. The path to the kayaking centre is through sewage. Above all, something completely chewed off a wet shoe kept in the balcony.

Ok. Ok. Location is good, people are good, food is fine. But service is very bad. Very slow. Dth was not subscribed while i checked in, it took them 1 day to subscribe channels that too only free channels were given. Room service takes hours, that too after multiple reminders

When i have booked. They have confirmed that they will be free meals including breakfast but once i reach there. They told that only breakfast is free so i need to pay for lunch and dinner and i have the payment i don't have any option. It's really a worst experience for me

the rooms are not as good… there were water leakage from the roof..,telephone was not working… after many request they provided as another room… overall my experience at resort was average

I usually never type these reviews but the experience i had at this resort made me. I have stayed at this property along with my parents. Even though the people at the reception were all warm and welcoming and check in process was smooth. But on the second day the food was horrible. The restaurant served us uncooked and reheated left over food. The restaurant staff were rude when v questioned about the food. Though the service was very late v expected to be served better food. When these people make us the entire amount at the time of checking they should be providing basic service at the minimum and don’t even have the decency to apologise. I regret for booking at this property going by the google reviews.

We stayed for 1 night. The rooms are good. But the activities are not maintained well. Swimming pool was dirty. And I approached them for kayaking but they keep on saying some reasons and finally didn't take us to kayaking. Overall not worth the price because of poor maintainance. And they take extra 900 per meal if you book. Please plan accordingly if you are booking.

Property was so good felt like living in forest, had a good welcome with drinks and took yo room with cab overall great place for weekend chill out
