Staff is so polite not and clean stay was actually good they did early check in also 5 star from my side so happy

1. Horrible help and support. 2. Hot water was not available. The geyser magically stopped working the same day. People come there to visit temples, if you want to open a hostel for bachelors, market it that way. 3. Bad location and neighbourhood. 4. No car parking. 5. Staff was highly non interested in help and only understood tamil. 6. Kitchen is just a dingy room with nothing in it, we had to ask for even spoons. 7. Bathroom was not at all cleaned. 8. We had to ask for replacing cushion covers, the guy didn’t bother to change them. Rubbish place.

Cleanliness and hygiene is very good at mapple stay. Food and snacks avenue are few and at a walkable distance. Overall nice stay.

Property was located little inside, need help from care taker to take you there. Rooms were neat and clean. Food you need to order form out side. Only problem is there is no proper parking for 4 wheeler, it’s cramped.

Nice cordial host. Good location if you like calm place not too far from temple. Could do better on cleanliness, parking space. Room lacks sufficient ventilation. And do carry basics like hand wash.

The owner was cooperative and the apartment was clean. It’s a little inside from the main bypass road. But easy to find. The caretaker was helpful. If i visited madurai again. Would definitely stay here.

Wonderful experience being at maple home stay, big and clean rooms and dining and hall area. Silent place, good wifi and assistance of staff.

Excellent stay with family. Booked two rooms, well maintained, cleaned, hygienic to stay with kids very comfortable. Owner is very calm & supportive. Sure again visit recommended highly.
