'Palace' excits only in name. In reality, it is a not well maintained, not well cleaned room. Towels are old and decoloured. There was no bathmat or floormat in toilet. Hence you have to walk into room from toilets with your wet feet. Water doesn't come in health faucet. Staff are not uniformed or trained. Some locals kept. It is an ugly lodge. Not at all recommended for a married couple or family.

Location and staff of the hotel is good, but the rooms and the property are old and not maintained properly.

It’s close to sariska tiger reserve main gate. I stayed in suite room, it was big and spacious for a family, food was good.

The place was good. Food was delicious and nice and also safety was there. But there was an issue of cleanliness. The beds and rooms were not as clean as expected

hotel needs to be displayed as home converted in hotel and outside Snactuary area.

Service was poor, they didn't even offer towel, soap, etc. Room has bad smell.

Linen was dirty i had personally called housekeeping n got it changed windows n cupboards were dusty dusty room no provision for wardrobe no tubelight n bed lamp no mirror bathroom has only small bucket n mug flush was not working

I stayed there and find this place good in cleanliness, hygiene and room facilities. Hotel owner and receptionist are very helpful. Grab this hotel next time if you plan roam around sariska.

Not a very well maintained hotel. Had a very unpleasant stay.

The staffs are very friendly and polite. The room was comfortable and the washroom was clean. The location was convenient as it is near to the main Road and market area. The food was average. The room service was very good. The hotel is safe and secured. I will recommend this property to others.
