Very good property and staff was very courteous

Managed by Luxunlock, a Chennai based hospitality group, this sprawling bungalow with 4 rooms gives a luxurious 5 star experience with a homely feel amidst the Konaseema Godavari lush green rice fields vibe. Soori Babu, Sudhakar and Veeramani make sure that you're well cared for with home-cooked food and personalized warm service. The bedrooms, bed linen, living room, dining space, bathroom toiletries and amenities are truly top-class. The only area of improvement is the pricing of the lunch and dinner menu which are quite steep by any extent of imagination. Proximity to the Draksharama Temple of Lord Shiva as Bhimeshwara, built in the 9th century by the Eastern Chalukyan king Bhima and one of the Pancha Rama temples of Lord Shiva believed to have been consecrated by Lord Rama, is a big plus point. Other attractions in Konaseema like Dindi, Atreyapuram, Amalapuram, etc are a good 1.5 to 2 hours drive away, just like Rajamundry is as well, and the roads are not in great shape. The ferry across the Godavari at the nearby Kotipalli crossing is not operational since the last few months due to high flow in the river, a fact which the staff were surprisingly not aware of despite being locals. The union territory of Yanam is an hour's drive away and offers a good experience with its viewpoint tower (obelisk) and mangroves boating.

Good Ambience, nice location and wonderful managed staff. Property perfect for family gatherings

The property is located 5 minutes to temple Draksharamam. Property is well maintained but only includes complementary breakfast as the stay is expensive lunch or dinner should be included as well. However breakfast was tasty cook was a lady , there is watchman along with family and manager to assist us. Overall luxurious stay.
