Rooms are pathetic not clean completely unhygienic and they are completely not responsive.

An average room, good behavior of staffs, good atmosphere, calm and quite surroundings.

Booked room for 2 days, cant even be in that room for 1 night, just book room there mosquitoes will be add on, room full of mosquitoes have not sleep even 1/2 an hour, terrible experience, the residence staffs are not friendly, decided to run away from that room, i have only booked a room not a room with mosquitoes,

The stay was good. But room was not as satisfactory. But the reception was good and helpful. A good and decent stay. Bathroom may be developed

Ok for the price. Location calm and less busy. Plenty of parking as quiet road. Peeling wall, damp walls, squeaky cots. Only plus functional clean bathroom

The room was in poor condition and far below acceptable standards. The room and toilet was visibly dirty. Additionally, the bed sheets were stained and unwashed, making it impossible to feel comfortable for family. The overall lack of cleanliness was appalling, and i would not recommend this hotel. The staff is not aware of the booking and your paid booking may not assure a room. Avoid at all costs.

Friendly staff, but basic facilities like drinking water, clean bed cloth, fans and plumbing work need to be improved. Yes, the charges are competitive and one cannot expect more.

I got a single bedded room in this hotel. The room was just 7ft x 5ft. The room maintenance was not good. There was dust everywhere. The sheets on the bed were very dirty and looked brownish. The pillow had a lot of spots on it. There was only an indian toilet available. Western toilet was not available. Even though the check out time was 12pm, he asked me to leave at 11am itself for cleaning the room. After arguing a lot, he let me stay till 12pm. The location is pretty near to the main road. A restaurant called “hotel sree sabarees - arasaradi” was available nearby which served good breakfast.

Hotel review - Very low grade hotel to stay. No Lift & Room alloted in 3rd Floor with 38°C temperature in summer days (which is top floor of property) you will feel like popocorn baking in room if you were there post 11 pm till 6 pm. Room review - Bed was broken & facing bed bug as well. Definetly anyone will get the back pain if they take rest for max. 1 hr bcz of worst bed. ventilation with the room was not there. With bathroom - Indian style toilet with broken bucket & tumbler. For shower also bucket was broken. No place to keep or hang the towel as well. Overall Rating - Very poor hotel to stay with family & alone as well. If u have low budget (₹ 600+) then you may consider this hotel as like dormitory.

Please remove this hotel from make my trip, very worst room i never prefer this residency if i go to madurai.

Rooms were dirty and bathrooms were not clean either. Never go to this place again, had a horrible experience with my family.

It a too poor, i'm booking for 4 rooms and still we are waiting for room, they didn't ready our room. It's the worst experience

We cannot say that it is a very gd. . As of now its ok ok only. 1300- is very high for this room

It's 2 people stay room which has been not maintained no paint, no clean furniture, very unclean bedsheets not properly cleaned room.

This property is couple of kilometers away from meenakshi temple. The property is in terrible condition and dharamshala would be better maintained than this. Toilets were stinking flush wasn't working. Blankets were provided after asking for it. Not even a basic soap to wash end. The money you end up saving will go to auto who will charge 200rs just to take you to temple. It was a horrible mistake from my end thay i made my family suffer for a night by staying here. Never every again will rent a property like this.

The rooms were pretty small and doesn't feel safe as a family. The mattress was dusty and washrooms were not properly cleaned. Not suggested for family's.

The bathroom was clean, the windows and the bars were dirty with spit and god knows with what else. The blankets were dirty and within some time to sleeping on the cot we had rashes, they should focus on cleanliness a little more. Although they were humble enough to give us room before our check in time.

Dear sir, madam i'm stay at ms residency at this month 6th to 8th room not comfortable and mosquitoes are very high to trouble and unable to sleep this residency and room not keep dustpin. Switch box damage etc etc thank you. Worst. Place,

The. Said residency is a bit inside and the receptionist gave me a single room even though i had booked for standard room for one person. There was no towel or bed sheet. It was not clean also. I was given a small room with indian indian-style toilet. I changed to standard room the next day with a western toilet, but the wash basin was broken and there was no mirror in the room. There was no bed sheet the pillow was smelly and very hard to charge the phone. The room was full of stains and mosquitos. There was no soap or water to drink in the room. The reception was not that friendly and have to push for everything.
