I booked for deluxe room and paid more than usual. After arrival a person (who is only one employee) provide a random room which is too much unhinged & spilled. Bathroom is just like public toilet(isn’t attached to room). It’s just a builder society in which few flats are sell down & few are vacant (in which they booked via various on variable prices. Same room booked on using different) denied for breakfast on the pretext of staff unavailability, breakfast charges included in booking amount situated in rural part, no hospitality.

familyFirst they don’t have proper reception, also they dint even offer drinking water, not even available in rooms, light is fluctuating so much, no light in bathroom, sofa was in bad condition, in fact cleaning was done when we told them to do. Not even dustbin is available in room. Honestly, mm t we never imagined my stay will be so worst, was travel-led with old parents, felt so bad for this discomfort

1. Dirty bedsheets and covers and pillow case(they refused the previous ones) 2. Poorly maintained bathroom 3. Ac only available from 7pm to 7 am only 4. There's only one option in their breakfast menu 5. Delayed or late room service 6. No/poor wifi connection no internet connection, no signal 7. Tv is also not working
