Terrible Stay

First they denied checkin and then gave room after 2 hrs of waiting. Room was very dirty, washroom was terrible, they didn't provided extra bed also

Even though my accommodation was prepaid, the hotel collected the amount again from me. The hotel never accept prepaid booking. There is no coordination between hotel and mmt. I think non of the travel executives of mm t made fam trip or visited that stupid hotel where there are no keys of the room, broken comod, no housekeeping and what not. The worst of it kind i ever seen being a travel professional. Very bad mmt. Please improve your service
