Lila Palace

The stay was not so good! They stop the lift in the early morning so we are facing problems & gate also closed not able to see the sunrise. The cleaning part also not good. We are not satisfied about the services

ac and tv are not working.swimming pool is not clean and hygiene to swim. property is good but lack of poor services

on reaching the hotel for check in, the man at the reception told me that we have already blocked booking for our hotel.After few minutes the person talked to someone on phone and then asked me to come alone with him. I was very terrified because I was with my wife and two children. The person took me to another property and told that this is also our property and told me to bring my luggage and family to stay there. I argued with him but it was of no help. I had to compromise with poor stay conditions. I am not going to book hotel Hope the person who is in charge will take proper action

The bed sheets and pillow covers were not fresh. Blanket covers were not provided also. Food was terrible. The bathroom was as small as it could be. The room service was also terrible. The only positive thing about the "lila palace" was it's location. And nothing else.

Hotel Lila Palace offered us very good room service and the quality of food we ordered from here was very good in taste and the room was excellent we enjoyed very much. They offered us balcony attached with room. The experience was very good. Thank you Hotel Lila Palace, Thank you make my trip.

The stay was really pleasant. The hotel was very nice including their service and food.

We booked ac room they give room 203. When we check in we show inside this room ac was not working, birthroom is smelly and telephone also not working even if we want to order anything from room service so we have to go our another room for call. Now they repair the ac but we wasted our afternoon relaxing time. Still no response from hotel. My experience really very bad from makemytrip

there food quality is too Good and Fresh and also there staff are very friendly and Good behavior. But Hotel room with bathroom are small but clean. When I want there I have face lack of service like.. 1.TV problem, And not have battery in remote. 2. When I order food in my room they are not provide extra plate and spoon. 3. They are not updated there Menu Card. When I order food according the Manu card but I'm shocked 😲 to sew that my food bill price is too high and not match to Menu card. 4. They are not provide any watter with room and I brought watter form them. But I think I highly recommend Hilish Bhapa is toooo testy and I never forget.... Regards, Mandira
