Excellent Royal hotel stay. Rooms were spacious with hygienic washroom. Hotel ambience was like palace and restaurant was having regal look. Gardens with fountains in front of hotel gave serene look. Food is terrible especially breakfast. No choice in fruit and insipid food. Other facilities are good but aren’t the kind of tarring they charge

My recent stay at Laxmi Vilas Resort was truly unforgettable! The resort's ambiance was warm and inviting, with beautifully landscaped gardens and elegant décor that reflected the rich heritage of the region. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was exceptional, with a range of delicious local and international options that catered to all tastes.

The resort should not pitch for the buffet. Because in the dining area they were pitching for Buffett because they were having customers so they made the generalized food. we all understand that the buffet is more costly than the alacate if the person doesn't eat much. However, I got it rectified after having a discussion with them. But it's the Luxury resort in Bharatpur they should not do this. That's the reason, I have reduced their rating. Otherwise it's an awesome place.

The property is huge and well maintained. customer service can be improved. For example, when asked for shower gel, they said they do not keep it. also, 24×7 room service would help.

It was a bit okay okay experience. Wouldn’t call it luxury at all! May be expect for the palace infrastructure and very good behaviour of the staff at the property. The troubles were - 1. The GPS location pinned on the app took us somewhere pretty far from the destination. 2. No WiFi in rooms and cell network was shaky. Imagine the trouble. 3. The bristles of the brush in their dental kit came off while brushing. 4. Intercom was non-functional for most of the time. 5. No room service for food - I was with an infant and I eat when he is asleep and u can’t get my food in the room and I cannot leave him asleep alone - imagine my delima. 6. There was issue with cleanliness - the rooms were made up not throughly cleaned, same with the cutlery. I had to ask change of cutlery thrice was they were not cleaned properly. 7. Fixed timing for food, at least morning to late evening restaurant should be open.

Great location , good food and spacious rooms. Should add an activity room for kids and a few activities like camel ride which are missing right now

The hotel is very good. Very clean and comfortable. The rooms are big and bathrooms good. The restaurant is well decorated and repainted. The restaurant service by the manager was below average. The food was good - we had three meals at the hotel. What could be better ? the hotel needs to be able to give an iron and ironing board and change the manager of the restaurant Chander Dutta had too much attitude and zero service orientation. But on the whole the place is very good. 4 stars and very reasonable.

The Heritage Hotel lived upto the expectations..was tastefully decorated keeping in mind the modern amenities as well as the royal touch. The service of the staff was amazing. The food is great.. Overall a very peaceful and lovely stay.

Nice stay at the well maintained heritage property, there may be some gym, indoor and outdoor activities if possible for more enjoyment during staycation.

Every rikshaw, taxi know the laxmi vikas palace hotel. So no problem with finding location. Food was just like or better than your ghar ka khana. Amenities are so many that you will require 3 to 4 days to use all of them. They serve like you are guest at their house. Nothing could be better than this a palace away from your home.

Location - 9/10 Right on the road and wothin a km of the Keoladeo national park. We found the location to be near perfect. The roads as you approach the property are not that maintained but that is not something the hotel can do anything about. Stay - 9.5/10 The property is extremely well maintained. The Rooms had a heritage touch to them and were spotless clean. Hospitality is top notch no matter which section of the hotel you go to. There is Kerala Ambhyangam massage and spa center within the property which was terrific. There is a bit of a tip culture among the staff as a lot of foreigners do visit the place but it is totally worth for this high level of service. Food - 9.5/10 I saw quite a few bad reviews on food for this property but I didnt really understand why. We had the high tea and breakfast options and they were near perfect. The dining hall felt very royal, the spread was good and again the staff were cordial throughout. Tempered Idli and fluffy french toast were highlights. We ordered dinner alacarte on one of the days and that was spot on as well.

One of best heritage hotel we had stayed till date. Property was good with very spacious room. Property has many things to explore & spend quality time with your family. Food quality may need slight improvement. Will visit again
