It was nice cottage to stay. Basic facilities need to be provided quickly as soon as checking

The owner's behaviour is quite good. Facilities are good and comforting. Main tourist spots are quite near.

Host has given exceptional service. Was a pleasant stay. Naresh bhai all thanks from us to make this trip memorable

The owner is a very good person. I really enjoyed staying there. He came to pick us and dropped back to the taxi stand. Totally worth staying there. I would love to visit again.

The property location is good and the rooms are really the best. Property caretaker naresh is very helpful

The property location shown on makemytrip was different from the actual location. We got a call from the property earlier that day and were given the correct address. The food and services were good but came with extra charges. The room was decent, but the price was quite high.

Hospitality good, location good, no power backup ventilation poor

No hot water in this cold weather. Tv box is not recharged, tv remote is not working. Dirty towels. No free water, overpriced when we wanted to buy. Do not recommend this hotel. . Terrible stay, dirty towels, no hot water, no tv nothing. Not recommended.

It was the best experience for a 1 day stay in laxmi cottage/villa. Mr. Mukesh(caretaker) is a caring boy with a golden heart and mr. K. L. Dhaviesha sir and madam are nice human beings. You can feel like home in staying tenure. Only 4 rooms but neat and clean. 1km from nakki lake and sunset points. Overall a wonderful experience.

All things was chargeable even drinking water

Bad smelling issue neighbour noise issue bed has cockroach bathroom has ants no hot water no air conditioner even they give me 100% free for accommodation still i'm not interested to stay my trips has bad memory for this property

First of all water heater is not working, they didn’t give bath towels, soaps and water firstly after i asked to the attender then he gave these items secondly in the itinerary it shows that they have wifi but in reality they don’t have

we had to change the rooms. In-spite of booking two rooms, instead of two bathrooms, we had to make do with one bathroom. No hot water too. Mt. Abu is a cold place. You really cannot bathe in less than tepid water. No place for hanging the clothes. No wifi too. Really bad experience. The housekeeping boy, mukesh was really helpful, but there wasn't much he could do.

The staff was good, but service was bad, food quality is good, cleanliness is not good, room is beautiful and bed is comfortable but ac is not properly working. Regards

The stay was not that good. Giving a 3 star rating just because of cordial behaviour of host. The bathroom didn't have a geyser and every time i wanted hot water i had to call the owner. Smart tv wasn't there so i wasn't able to use youtube or hots-tar on tv. You have to watch the dish all the time. The mattress wasn't soft enough. I stayed for 4 nights and the host didn't even change the bedsheet and covers. Food was nice but a little bit expensive. The main issues faced were geyser, cleanliness, t. V. , location and food was good. No. That's all. The stay was average to good in my opinion.

The rooms were clean and the place was well maintained. It is located at peaceful surrounding and is 1 km from the nakki lake. Food is amazing and is also provided at reasonable rates. The service was great and the owner mr. Naresh helped me with all my requirements throughout my stay.

I have tried this type of property first time and it was good experience and moreover there is good breakfast as well which was made by cottage owner mother and yes thai was really nice food to have in breakfast. Thank you naresh bhai provided the best services.

Very nice place with parking space. Rooms are very clean and the owner naresh is very friendly. Place is around 1. 4 km from nakki lake. Only thing i would suggest is to add heater into the rooms since it gets a bit cold at night. Overall pleasant stay. Would come here again.

Very cordial behaviour. Food is excellent but reasonably priced. Surroundings peaceful. Hygiene standards adequately maintened.
