Did not stay in the hotel which I booked

I was shocked reaching hotel Krishna Balaram Guest House which I originally booked. They informed me no booking is there by my name, the situation got panic as I already paid the full amount. Later the owner clarified that this hotel has been sold and I had to stay in some other hotel.

I was back packing with my spanish friend. They did not allow whites to stay in the hotel property. But the good part was the customer service of company. They helped at resolving the query. It was important since it was during the time of Holi and almost all the hotels were booked.
