The staff at the hotel is well mannered. But the cleanliness should have been more better. I could see dirt in the kettle provided by them. And bathroom could also have been better

Terrible Stay

It was horrible experience by my family. We have been travel-ling all over but this stay was worst. Room full of dirt and dusts. Bed spreads, towels, pillow covers are not washed, used staffs provided. Towels having very bad smell. Door key given was not working. Overall a worst stay and experience. Also, water was getting stagnated in wash room

While leaving hotel they didn't issue gst invoice. Also staff were not properly dressed and groomed.

The Gst invoice will be sent to you in your whatsapp number as promised. Sorry for any inconvenience but the argument started from your side as you asked us to give you more time(extra 4 hrs) to checkout after the available checkout time and further said you will not visit us if extra time was not given.Giving you 4 more hrs was not possible for us.

Pros: rooms: spacious and clean bathroom clean fresh towels and soap lift room service electric cattle in room. Cons: shower useless due to low water pressure drainage from bathroom faulty with accumulation of water front desk curt and not welcoming, though responsive no bathroom slippers
