It justify the name 'khwaabgaah'. The property owner a couple have designed the property aesthetically. the rooms were cozy and comfortable. the food was too good in taste. only thing is they don't have non veg options. I stayed their for 1 night but I loved it

it is undoubtedly a very stay. it is not a traditional homestay, rather purpose built as an airbnb/hotel. pros: 1. the food was good and the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. 2. ⁠24x7 hot water 3. ⁠they allowed us late checkout understanding the bad weather conditions. 4. ⁠prepared meals beyond the given timelines. cons: there were some very basic service issues. 1. room heaters were chargeable at 1000/- per night 2. ⁠driver’s food was not included (which was quite shocking as there were staff members who would cook for themselves anyway.) they did provide the driver with meals at a very reasonable price, however looking the room rent (equivalent to that of a hotel) it should’ve been included. 3. ⁠extra onions were chargeable during meals (which was extremely weird) 4. ⁠bonfire was chargeable all in all it is a very beautifully built property and the owners also seemed very friendly. if they work out the said issues it is a 5/5 stay.

Host sahil & family are awesome. Their lovely DOG “lyla” became my friend and we played alot with her.

We started our stay late in the night and entering the room we were awestruck. The whole property is nicely curated and decorated with a lot of personalized touch of the owner couple. Some things in food could be improved and we shared our feedback also with them. Overall, the food was fresh and great though slightly on the expensive side. Service was top notch. Bonfire was charged separately. It must definitely be one of the best stays in tirthan valley with river just across the road in a 100 meter downhill trek. Great stay with comfortable rooms and hospitality. Surely recommended.

I have been to the homestay as a couple and i can say the services were exceptionally good be it rooms, housekeeping staff. The room was airy and provides very good view of the mountains. The washroom is neat and clean and hot water supply is good. The internet speed is good for working. The property decor was too good. The hosts were helpful. The food is sumptuous. I recommend this property for stay.

We traveled as a couple to this wonderful boutique home stay. It was truly a memorable experience. The host called us prior to find out if we needed any assistance in traveling. We reached the place at 6am and our checkin time being 1pm in the afternoon we were charged rs 1000 for an early check-in which was fair enough. Since there was an availability of rooms we were given a free upgrade too. Which was nice. The hosts were friendly and helpful to interact with. We had two breakfasts of parathas on the two days that we were there. Though on the first day the parathsa were sent in a warm casserole which kept them hot, the next day they were sent in an open plate which led them to get cold in a matter of minutes, there temperature hovering around 8 degrees celsius in the mornings. The dinner that we had on one night was chinese fried rice with veg manchurian gravy, which was not upto the mark. The room was tastefully done up with hot water to use which is a big plus. There was no one in the property except us, so i felt that an upgrade to the river facing room would have been an icing on the cake, though it is not a complaint but just a suggestion that would help win hearts. I would definitely like to come back to this wonderful place.

I came across this property and it appealed to my eyes . I was so mesmerised by the beauty of this property that I deliberately went to tirthan to stay here . The vibe of this property is just so… relaxing and serene . The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming . They have been very helpful and wonderful . Everything is just so perfect … the food , ambience , stay. The Hygiene level maintained by them is unexpected. Usually we don’t get to see this much cleanliness in a stay but this was one of their good remarks . One must visit tirthan specially for this stay - KHWAABGAAH!
