Kaadgal Retreat

Infrastructure was good but the beds in the room were small so 2 adults and a small kid were not able to sleep properly. How about 3* property

1. Location is 6 kms from kanakpura but still a calm place 2. Rooms aren't good. Small, no cupboard, no table, no hanger, no kettle, no glass just a room with bed and some soap. No place to keep your luggage and it goes on the floor directly. 3. Play area for kids (newly built) is good quality. Was dusty but i understand it's new and not completed yet. 4. Indoor and outdoor games are available 5. 2 pools out of which 1 is good another is not maintained well. 6. Rain dance is available but i would rate 2/5 for the place and arrangements. It's an under construction building with unwatchable echo and unclean environment 7. Zip line, rope activities are available and good 8. Food - 2/5. Had lunch, dinner breakfast here and found only 20-25% food as good rest were below average. But good spread. 9. Staff and service - this was an absolute downer for me. May be they are under staffed and struggling to manage but a. Inhospitable b. Few people were rude c. Not trained well to handle and deal with customers value for money - a definite no c.

Waited 2hrs to get the room at 3:30pm. In a single day stay resort made us experience 3 dirty rooms. 1. Room gave was very small 2. Room - dirty linen and dustbin. Not ready change Linen. 3. Room - toilet seat cover does not open. It will require one to hold and other to use toilet..disgusting. When asked to repair, answer from housekeeping manager was pls adjust, no plumber available. 4. Room - by this time it was 4:30pm… got fed up and just stayed. Morning no hot water in Dec chillness, took bath in cold water. What an experience 4rooms on a single day stay. Luxurious🥹. Above that reception calls at 11am promptly to say time to checkout.
