It was a wonderful property in all aspects whether it was of cleanliness, security, facilities or services. The location was superb. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The caretaker was very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. I must recommend this property to others.

Terrible experience!

familyIf you want to get locked up within the apartment complex after 10 in the night without anyone available to let you out(even in case of any emergencies) please book this one. It was a horrifying experience for us, we traveled with elderly people and kid and literally post to 10 in the night we were locked up. And no one else(like caretakers, security) were available. Even though owner responded to our concern (which was only by next morning) staying caretaker was available in the premises, he never turned up for any of our shouts! It was literally sort of jail break experience. Property inside is well maintained but the towels, etc can be even more better and hygienic.

familyJasmine Ville stay was not so good. No blankets, no towels, no soap. Location of the hotel is far from central Madurai. You should have your own vehicle.

Language issue

It was a bitter experience while finding and speaking to the watchman, he was totally uneducated and don't have basic language idea apart from Tamil, I strongly recommend not to visit this place after 6 pm especially with family, and even price is also too high for this place.

Need lots of improvement

We stayed in 3 bhk apartment. Rooms are very small. No care taken towards ventilation and cleanliness in the apartments. They mentioned for kitchenette but that is fake. There is nothing in the name of kitchen. They don't provide food or tea. One has to request care taker for anything to get it from outside. Care taker knows only Tamil language. They don't even provide basic toiletries- like brush toothpaste soap or towels. On request, they arranged towels. They don't even have any mosquito replants in rooms. Cupboards are not clean.

Not pleased with the stay

familyThe caretaker is greedy, started asking for money the moment we checked in. The AC in the rooms were not it good condition. In one room the ac was working, but we cannot set the temperature as result we were freezing the entire night. In another room the AC was working like a fan, not giving the ac feeling. We were 5 people, and they had given 1 bed sheet and towel, when requested the caretaker he had a very thin cut piece cloth. Terrible experience, please do not opt for it.

Neither good nor bad

An okay kind of Ville if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Madurai City. Approach roads are bad (if it rains, it becomes worse). No lift facility, a matter of concern if you carry heavy luggage. Rooms are not that spacious (to categorize it as deluxe). Cleanliness is the only thing I liked about my stay in Jasmine Ville.

Amazing stay

familyThe property location was good and nearby most of the attractions. The staffs were good and the caretaker was responsive. The only drawback was communication with staffs was a bit of problem due to language barrier. The food was delicious. Overall a must recommend the property to others.
