However, my recent stay in Palakkad was extremely disappointing. I booked a room and was charged an additional ₹450 at the hotel. The room was in terrible condition. There was no drinking water provided, only an empty jug. The washroom was not clean, and the hygiene level was unacceptable. The room itself felt unmaintained and neglected. I expected better based on my past experiences

very bad experience. not upto the expense. cleanliness is average. bedsheets had many stains in rhem

Ac room was taken... 500 rupees lodge will have better cleanliness than this

Small and not clean bathroom, it is very vivid that they try to cut cost in all materials, not even provide a single bottle water. No telephone facilities etc

Very helpful courteous staff, understand the need and situation of the customer and take flexible decisions so that customer could be comfortable, instead of enforcing strict rules generally laid-down by the industry

No service no water no brush no drinking water what is hotel. Very very bad. I don't next choose this hotel. My money lose

The room was neat and the stay was good according to the budget. The service and staff behaviour was also good.

I have seen that cockroaches are running on the bed, dining table and cupboards. As a hot water facility is available only if the sun comes. I have paid 1000rs per night and it is not worth it.

This residency was safe to stay with family.

No house keeping and proper maintain for non ac rooms and hot water also not available.

No tooth-care kit and room door towards balcony could not be locked. When i stayed in other nearby cheaper hotels like nalanda inn, i could get better room service ( a very good economy rate restaurant and another type right at the hotel) along with free tooth-care kit.

No visible safety and hygienic.

Lack of day to day routine maintenance is very evident.

Located at the middle of town. Good for a one night stay.

We booked a combo pack but the rooms were different types. Two rooms were the same and third one was different and the washroom door was not so good enough. There was no hot water in the morning.
