Hotel location is OK. Feels safe for family. People are genuine. Guided well for touring. There is one pure veg restaurant a minute away which is ok. However this Kothi Rao guest house lacks in basics. It is run by family and seems no other domestic help and staff/ resources. No dusting in rooms. TV was not working because of some Set top box implementation. Breakfast timings are 8:30. Lacks in professionalism. Blankets were there but I wonder who uses today such solutions. There should be covers and washed after every use. Room rent seems low but today customers do not want to compromise on basics, not at any cost. Paste, stool, bath mat in bathroom were missing. Rooms were cold and no heating solution. We requested hot water for tea which never came.
Worst guest house of my life

Actually, it is not a hotel, it is a guest house. Facilities like that of Dharamshala. Cheap blanket, old fashioned television, geyser only for name sake because in my room it is not working. Water bottles with broken seal, contain tap water. Breakfast is excluded and too expensive.
