The room wasn't clean at all. Bedsheets were in a really bad condition. When asked to change the room the person concerned denied. There were cockroaches in the room. Ac wasn't working at all properly. There was no mirror in the room as well as in the bathroom too.

I booked hotel but entry denied saying they are not accepting guest through booking. Ultimately i had to made a new booking. Room are small, stinking. Horrible stay
