Hotel Waterlily

The hotel policy was so pathetic they denied our stay saying your id doesn't match i was traveling with my wife and 2 little baby in which 1 was of 3 months old. They were crying to take rest. They were so rude and arrogant and it felt so insulting just because i'd doesn't match they denied checkin they also said that they don't take any locals in their hotel, i don't understand then why did they open the hotel for just to keep matching the ids? i think the owner really need to think why did he opened the hotel to serve people or to keep matching their ids and providing stay. They even not cancel-led our booking since it was a non refundable booking they were forcing us to cancel from our end. So pathetic experience.

terrible stay – overpriced and unclean i recently stayed at water lily and was extremely disappointed with my experience. the room was far from clean—there were visible stains on the bedding, dust in the corners, and the bathroom didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned. for the price i paid, i expected much higher standards of cleanliness and service. on top of that, the overall value for money was very poor. the room didn’t justify the high rate, and i felt the hotel was significantly overpriced for what it offered. i won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable or hygienic stay.

Extremely welcoming and always greeted with a smile. Excellent experience, value for money and the best night sleep you could ask for. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with good service and prompt management. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious and served hot. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone for your comfortable stay.

यह घटिया होटल हैं। आपकी भाषा में Terrible हैं। होटल रूम में चूहे दोड़ रहे थे। होटल रूम में चेक इन करते ही दो रूम बदलने पड़े। कूलिंग प्लांट काम नहीं कर रहा था, टीवी रिचार्ज नहीं किया गया, रूम चेक आउट ही कर दिया तब तक टीवी रिचार्ज नहीं किया गया। रूम सर्विस कुछ भी नहीं। होटल में किचन भी नहीं हैं। चाय भी पीनी हो तो सिटी में चार किलोमीटर दूर टैक्सी बुक करके जाओ, तब मॉर्निंग टी मिलेगी। घटिया होटल।

Hotel room size and interior design very good and outside view of hotel room aushom and garden seating place very good and hotel location is very good and convenient. Room service is fast and staff is so much discipline.

Went for a business meet. Okay for the purpose.

Property was good and facilities were reasonable but room service and food delivery was extremely slow. Towels given by them were of low quality and threads were sticking to skin and clothes. Had to call room service twice/thrice to get the room cleaned by them.

Bit far from main city, however meeting the facilities of any star category hotel. Room was provided with refrigerator, electric kettle, all toiletries, clean and nice linen etc. Buffet breakfast was good.

Washrooms were having a really very bad smell. Shower was not working properly. Breakfast was good. Calm environment for business work. Nice location if you are on a journey and just looking for a overnight stay.

Beroms are nice and spacious. Location is on outer ring road. Normal facilities as you get in every hotel nothing special. Complementry buffet breakfast was served in room and you can order only once you ask for something twice it is chargeble.

Location is not good. Staff is so lazy take too much time for all the details else you can get to know about it I am in a different from story short I can be found a good time in this case and the same problem is with reference from you have the time and consideration the time and consideration.

Rooms were clean, check-in was fast, food is good and much above good, the experience was overall good and would like to stay again. It is a good destination for family stay. The food in restaurants was very good and we tried Palak Chola that was better than I expected - the quantity is generous.

I loved food of this hotel and raindrop restaurant was unique and awesome rooms were clean and duct was workin good, WiFi speed was also good enough and moreover everything was value for money and area is good for relaxing and study purpose

Perfect to stay and enjoy. It was fantastic and we sincerely enjoyed our stay. The rooms are maintained clean and well taken care of cleanliness. The stay was perfect for us with a multi cuisine restaurant and service was perfect to match up the expectation. It is highly recommended to stay in this hotel in Indore from my end.

Hotel Staff was co-operatative. Our stay was nice & comfortable. They don't have buffe breakfast in the morning that is little bit embarrassing else everything was nice & good. Hospitality of Hotel staff was very good
