Clean, hygienic rooms, located near a clean and beautiful ghat

Nice place to stay and haridwar is always nice

The hotel was in very bad condition. No water. Lift was not in use. Rooms were very dirty. Staff behaviour was very rude and unhelpful. Telecom was not working. I was not feeling safe in hotel.

I reached at hotel on 29th may at 13:00 hrs and surprise to see that there are no facilities mentioned are available within the premises, behavior of receptionist is pathetic and even the owner is also threatened this is the best option they have otherwise they will book for someone else.

There was dust on bed sofa tabel, termites had infested wardrobes no toiletries are given and no water

Hotel does not have parking area. You can park in front of hotel on road.

Toilet not clean. Old bedsheet. Room service is zero Fully money wastage. If possible I will never book again. Never book again if possible. No soap, no warm water. Value for money is zero. Same room available at 300. I payed 1500. Fully unsatisfied.

Overall average, room was goof, location was good but service was bad and I must say that make my trip has to work on its service as well as my booking was confirmed aftet 4 hours of making payment and 3 call to make my trip customer care.

The hotel location was good but it was not so clean. Basic amenities were there, food was good but all the rooms are of same size but named Deluxe and super deluxe and they charge more in latter. There is no difference in anything in the rooms apart from just the name, even the same was confirmed by hotel staff

My stay with hotel vijay lakshmi inn is average. Starting from location, far from bus & hari ki pori but manageable if you have your own vehicle room is good but few things makes me unhappy 1st my room is not ready as i request few hours before check-in, 2nd ac is very old not working properly, & the balcony door lock is not working properly, food is okay but tea is very poor. In short average but not worth as compare to their room tariff.

Very bad conditions of washrooms and dirty rooms. Bad food. Bad service .. Didn't expected this from MMT. And also they say the hotel is on lease so the owners are not paying for maintenance. Really bad experience.

The entire staff were very friendly, approachable and very cordial. They always greeted us with a smile and checked for our comfort. Location was wonderful & the food was very tasty. We tried most of the delicacies which were cooked to perfection.

Average hotel, some smell is coming due to no ventilation. Location is near to railway station. Don't take breakfast as kitchen was pathetic we saw while went for fill water bottle. According to offer one can choose this hotel if it is available cheaper.

Location is good but Value of money is below average. Cleaning is not proper. Hot water facility is not available. For every basic thing we have to make call and make follow upfor getting the same. Over all average.
