Terrible experience, Untidy room, Foul smell. Taps were coming out in hand,No Toileteries given, No dental Kit available with Them. Water was leaking from AC. Worst experience of hotel till date

I don’t even know where to begin. The room was dirty, stuffy, and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The sheets were stained, the bathroom had mold in the corners, and there was a weird sticky patch on the floor that I refused to investigate. Air circulation? Nonexistent. It felt like breathing in someone else's old laundry. I asked to switch rooms and the staff just shrugged. If you enjoy the scent of mildew and disappointment, this place is for you. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

It's on highway very good service

Location is good, on main road, many hotels in vicinity, service can be rated as good, room size was very small, spring mattress which i am not a fan of, washroom was also very small but still felt ok, cleanliness was above par.
Pols take care of your own safety, hotel staff takes care of safety practices but i feel it was not enough, you need to carry your own things

It was not at all good experience as we were couple.
Booking: room was already booked by mmt. But the hotel manager was trying to sold the room to other customer at high rate as we were late in check in. Bed: terrible quality of bed. Curtain: curtain does not ensure privacy. Not at all good for couples. Smell: room was stinking. Conclusion: try to avoid this hotel.

Rooms were ok. Lacks a little bit on cleanliness. Basic amenities such as soap and towel were provided upon request which otherwise should have been placed in rooms in advance. Food quality and quantity was good and charges are also very much reasonable. Staff was helpful and kind.

Overall an average hotel. The toilets were not hygienic and also the hot water was not available.

I Am a loyal customer of company and I have always loved company, I never had any bad experience in The past, but this time The Hotel we booked I wish there was an option to give zero stars in The feedback. In The photos, room and Hotel looked very clean, but when we reached, The rooms were smelling like rotten eggs and walls were full of damp (Seelan), we even spotted cockroaches. We immediately made a complaint, customer care executive tried to help us in canceling 3 days out of 4 days rent but Hotel didn't agree to refund our next 3 days rent, so then without an option, we had to stay there for all 4 days.

It was pretty easy to locate The Hotel. The staff were helpful. The room was just a standard one.

Average Hotel. The pillows were not cleaned.
