Room is good, but no parking and full of mosquitoes, better go with A/c room, prices are good, room is spacious

Actually hotel sunshine was already closed so they gave some other hotels that rooms are very average. Not worth of money

There are no basic amenities available in the hotel room. 1. Tv is not working 2. No hot and cold water. 3. No room services. 4. No mosquito coils provided. 5. Amount is so much with regards to hotels quality.

Horrible experience, they moved from sunshine to other hotel. No ac, no hot water, bad odur

The hotel name was changed to elite park and they are charging extra 1000 rupees if we didn't pay they will say to check out worst hotel and very unsafe

Not worth for money ac was not in working condition better look for better. Ok ok for people look for budget but need to compromise for the money

It was a good room to stay but don't expect to much and there is a advantages and also disadvantages the ac is not working properly.

There should be at-least tea cofee available, better to have at-least small cafeteria so that it will be helpful for guest

Worst experience of my life i recommend pls don’t book this hotel, staff behaviour is very rude they refuse for water glass

Hotel location is clear, good location, ambience is ok, rooms are clean and neat. Overall happy.

Can adjust if it's for 1 day or night stay only. Easy access to road but parking your cars will be open

Very bad experience, i have booked the hotels on the basis of pic and rating which was updated but once i reached there they said room is not available and a few room has some technical issue. We were totally stuck. Since we have no other option he has provided 3rd class room in other so called hotels where very difficult to stay one night.

Property location is great if you are going to tirumala & back you will not get stuck in city traffic as this hotel is very close by to fly over, rooms are neat & clean. But they are very stingy they don't on ac in mornings & they on only by night. Heater switches will be off by 9 am. You have to request to on same many time. Which they will off in next five minutes. They don't even provide water bottles
