Small room, small bed, very awkward location, not given single water bottle, very costly tea n coffee. Not recommend

Very bad and shabby room. Dirty linen and most importantly bad behaviour of the staff. Complaints but of no use

Had to book this property on a rush hence background could not be checked in details. The hotel exactly resembles movie-depicted classic mansion (both from inside and outside) with minimum light, unattended main entrance (and portico) covered with layered dirt/dry leaves even a broken car. Reception is at the first floor- extremely gloomy with minimum light adorned with archaic furniture and upholstery. Upon entering the premise you would be followed all through out with a peculiar musty/ammonia smell that i mistook for a bat colony (one never knows. The room and food should not be spoken about. Service had to be reminded multiple times to provide water, dental kit; i am discounting the comb from this as a used one was delivered upon reminder. I have never been to any haunted house previously, this could be regarded as an experience as such worth of inr for a night.

I have booked recently suit room. But tv was not functioning during my 3 days of staying. Wash room was not good. Water was struck inside wash room. Bad smell was inside the room always. It has taken more than a hour to get lunch or dinner.

Very bad experience with hotel sumedha premium. The deluxe room does not have a window, tom the stain on pillow, towel and on bed sheet. Very arrogant staff and owner. For food they charged you a bomb.

I have booked this hotel from the makemytrip. I don’t know how they have listed there hotel. It was showing the check in at 1 am at the checkout at 11 am. I thought there is a some mistake but it wasn’t a mistake. It was their policy only. I asked them to change but they could not and i couldn’t stay. My money. Got wasted around 2800. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Room service, food quality were worst. The water bottles were not even sealed. Tap water was given in bisleri bottles, staff was rude too.

Terrible experience, no demand fulfilled as mentioned in make my trip apps. Food is also not good, but the rate is very high.

Un hospitality staff and manager and foul-full smell from whole building

Service is very poor, very rude behaviour of the receptionist. Food quality is very bad. Tv, intercom are not working. Very waste experience. Service boy are very unprofessional. Don't care mentality of all the staff. As per room overpriced.

The rooms are clean and food is good. People managing the hotel are very kind. I would recommend to stay here.

One of the worst stay experience, too expensive fooding, deem light in room, no tv recharge

I don't need any money or compensation. But this property is cheating your guest in the name of hospitality. I don't recommend anyone to this property. Yesterday, i was threatened by owner of the property as why i complained to makemy trip.

The room was very bad and unhygienic. There was no ventilation. It was a horrible experience. For that price i could have got better hotels

The place used to be well maintained but it's slowly getting dirty.

Rooms are too bad, i changed hotel

Hotel was like some residential house only. Staffs were not professional but kind to us. No parking space available. Bathtub was not working in luxury rooms and room walls were leaking.

Location was ok. Food i have not tasted. Hygiene. Ha-ha there is no hygiene at all in the premises and in the room. Toilet was dirty. Seat was broken. Water is running in room. Side lamp and telephone is not working. Although staff is nice. Room was suffocating there is no vantilation in the room. Over all it was worst experience
