Very bad service

I had book hotel by your site, no book any room due to already full all room. Very bad your service. I have loss 1080rs only. I suggest no book room by MMT he has chi ting customer. I am not like this type survice

Good location but no hot water available

Hotel location as per the details given but facilities were not as per the standards. No hot water was supplied we find it difficult with no hot water due to cold season. Location was near by temple, hardly a kilometer away. Walking distance from the temple and main market.
