Hotel Shivam

Worst experience get during stay like entire room is full of spider and dirty even when I raise complaint. Property owen using abusing language.

Very unprofessionally managed hotel. I had to make a 15 minutes call to MakeMyTrip support to get two extra bed sheets.

I booked the hotel through Make My Trip for four nights from 27th to 30th December. We found the location of hotel excellent and close to all the city points. Rooms were well maintained and the service boys were polite and on daily basis swept the rooms, changed the sheet and filled the jug of water. We didn't face any problem and the owner was also cordial. However, there is a scope for further improvement of washrooms and placement of coffee maker in rooms.

Can do better and have to upgrade room category and required tea kettle in room also so that it is easy to make tea coffee. Had a good stay meanwhile and suggestible for single or couple.

Hotel is striated on Main road but facilities were very poor. I would not advice you to stay there. Service was okay. Washroom was small. Connectivity to city is good. Fort and visiting places are nearby.

Location was very good. It's very near to Mehrangarh and umedbhavam also and also market. Room was average. Too small room and bathroom .. Water from bathroom can enter in to room. So many dust on room Room was not clean on morning time regular Ly .. No morning kit provide Ed by hotel ... When we said for cleaning they refused to clean.
