Thanks for your comment but do you think why I get angry with you listen I get 2 booking with your name NH25183100517236. Check in 30 Dec 2018 and check out Jan 01 st 2019 for 2 double rooms 4 adult 3 children for 2 nights and one more booking ID NH22008100517806 check in Dec 30 th 2018 and check out Dec 31 th 2018 for one night It was 31 st Dec and our hotel was busy so I ask his brother in law ( he was stay for one night booking NH22008100517806 ) please check out now because we have room booking to night he say OK I will check out but i no need your room we will stay in same room which are 2 rooms 4 adult 3 children + 2 adult and one child till this evening because our train to Jodhpur is 1.00 AM Ranikhet exp and we are relatives we will manage it no problem but we will not pay you any amount for this service because we had paid to make my trip I say you pay only 4 adult and 3 children not 6 adult and 4 children he was agree to pay me 500 I say no he agree to pay me 1000 I say no he say I am going to pay you this amount as a tip what do you asking to me money like a BHIKARI than I say please mind your language and now I will not allow to you sleep in my hotel ( for 3 persons only ) I pay to make my hotel one and half corer so if you stay you have to pay me same amount which you pay to make my trip if not you can checkout now but Mr Mahipal Kawad say we request you please allow to him till 12 midnight we will celebrate our new year at midnight he will go to jodhpur But at after midnight he did not do to Jodhpur and stay to manage in same room when I know I bell door and speak with Mahipal he say they will stay and pay you I say I want now but again he brother in law say I will not pay more then 1000 INR I say I will not allow to him at last he pay me room account Rs 2000 and I give him another room this it history if you stay and I ask money and you don’t want to pay it is natural I will say please check out if you don’t want to check out I have right to get check out to you so please think if you pay me proper amount why should I get angry with you thanks

I am sorry you get a problem with my staff if they use any bad words I apologize and say you sorry for all please forgive my staff. It was picking time of Deepawali, hotel rooms were busy you arrive at very late about 12.30 midnight so I was not at hotel but we keep our last room for you you get room next morning when I know I speak with you and you was going check out I ask you did you have breakfast or not you say we did not I offer you there are buffet breakfast so you can take it and you say you bring for us I did serve you with my hand and say I am busy please take as you want from buffet what do you like I try to resolve all issue. Thanks.
