Please take a moment to read this detailed review before booking your stay here. I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to Solapur Railway Station, as we had to catch an early morning Vande Bharat train. Unfortunately, that decision turned out to be my biggest mistake. I stayed here with my family on 1st November, checking in around 7 PM and checking out at 5:15 AM on 2nd November. There was no continuous hot water supply—the staff assured us that hot water would be available from 4 AM, but we only got lukewarm water, and had to manage with that since we needed to leave early. The bed mattress was very weak and uncomfortable; it felt like sleeping directly on wood. Though they provided three towels and soap, the washroom was not clean, which made the stay unpleasant. The intercom was not working, adding to the inconvenience. The only slightly positive thing was their pure veg restaurant, where the food taste was decent and reasonably priced, but even that was overshadowed by their terrible service. We ordered garlic naan, but they served plain naan instead. During a repeat order, we asked for roti, and they again served naan. My mother had ordered masala buttermilk, and even after our dinner was completely done, it was not served until I personally went to the cashier to cancel it only then did they finally bring it. Overall, the service was pathetic, and I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel despite its location advantage. It’s not worth the money or the inconvenience, especially if you’re traveling with family or have early travel plans.

Location is good. Service is good, staff is friendly. Rrstaurant is not bad. Instructions to make food less-spicy were followed accurately. Hotel needs a lot of maintenance work. At over Rs 3000, it is a bit costly.

Hotel surrounded by residential building too much noise till 12pm of kids playing. No towels were provided. Restaurant available is pure veg which was not mentioned while booking anywhere. The room booked and room alloyed were different in size.

Place is okay. Maintenance is really down, and there is seepage in the room walls and the paint is coming off etc. But I suppose that is understandable because of the incessant rains this year, continuing even into late October. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was quite good and they did adhere to our instructions of very less chilly. Not a great place, but okay to stay overnight, which is what we did driving from Pune to Hyderabad.

"We had a wonderful stay at the Saiprasad Residency . The location was perfect, easily accessible and convenient for sightseeing. Poor hygiene and cleanliness. No room service was provided next day. Toilet was not clean. Bed sheets and pillow cover was dirty and not changed even after request. Lift was slow and had terrible noise.

Our recent stay at Hotel Saiprasad Executive was highly unsatisfactory. The property lacked basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. The room was not properly cleaned, the bed sheets were torn, and the towels provided were of very poor quality. The breakfast offered was also substandard, leaving much to be desired. Due to these multiple issues, we decided to cut our stay short and checked out a day earlier than planned. This property is definitely not suitable for a comfortable family stay and needs significant improvements in both maintenance and service quality.
