familyThere was terrible noise all night. We were at ground floor. The staff said there is a steel plant behind hotel , so whole night there was huge sound from factory. Couldn't sleep .Beside there were also loud noise on first floor and ground floor from staff and visitors whole night.Secondly toilet water pressure was very bad. Cleaness is good overall.

Sir we have gone through the details of your stay. You had booked for three persons but in total there were 5 guests including a child. Seeing the big family we had upgraded for free your room to 02 series which is bigger, better and more expensive than 03 series. There was an issue as to how four adults plus a child would sleep on one king size bed and also on payment when we charged for an extra mattress which was not included in your paid booking through mmt. There is no steel plant or factory behind the hotel. As for toilet water pressure we are surprised that it wasn’t brought to the notice of the management by you during your stay. There is a pressure pump installed on the roof top which provides 24x7x365 high pressure. However, your feedback is valuable to us. Kind regards.

Delicious food

I stayed here because of my company's project visit. I enjoyed staying here i found rooms are in good ambiance and staff's are very co-ordinating. I would recommend if any one come with family or a solo traveler, great place to stay safe. Regards naresh goter

I was on visit at zirakpur due my company work. I searched hotels near zirakpur i gone through many of them but finally i came through road lodge and i checked room i found rooms are clean, and they have inhouse kitchen and staff are very helpful.
