receptionist has gave a very small and ugly room water is not available in bathroom

don't recommended for family. small room. not clean

This lodge should not be listed in makemytrip.. This lodge is very substandard hotel

The mentioned pictures are different then the room provided to me, and also there is no TV and any other facilities and also no problem bathroom.

Terrible experience as there is no hot water available, the washroom is too dirty and there was nobody at the reception for check in for atleast half an hour

The rooms we stayed ( bedsheet, bathroom)and floors of the entire hotel is not clean at all. And on the worst side. They don't even have a solution if there is power issue. We spent almost 2 hr without any power the property location is just a few minutes walking distance from the church

No one on the reception, had to wait almost an hour during check in for the person was having lunch and no fan in reception area. Also the owner or receptionist should be aware about the booking and was perturbed about the booking, kindly don't hold people if u can't do hospitality.

Pathetic hotel. Its name should be servants palace not queens palace. The rooms were not clean, the floor was dirty, the washroom stinking and not clean. The bed had a terrible odour. The worst experience of my lifetime.

The room was in terrible condition and extremely unhygienic. The bed had a torn bedsheet, and the only seating option was a filthy plastic chair. There was no hot water available, and when we requested it, we were asked to pay extra. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

The worst lodging experience i have ever experienced. I produced my adhaar card at the reception counter for identification. The counter staff forcefully retained my original adhaar card at the reception counter till i vacated the room. This is illegal. There was no wash basin in the room or attached washroom. Swich of the fan was damaged. Fan occasionally automatically turned off due to the damaged swich. Actually i felt cheated

I did not stay here as the staff was harassing me and room was dirty and toilets were never cleaned with poop in it

The property location was not a issue for food there was no good restaurant close by the amenities was not there which were mentioned during the booking lott of misqoutio around, cockroaches in the room and bathrooms there are red ants in the room there were small tiny snake like creature found in the bathroom the services without giving any service like changing the bed sheet every day only one bed sheet was given for two there was no white bedsheet put for the bed there was no hot water for bath no sufficient point for charging the mobile time was getting wasted and lot more,

Good time given by room, and give 1 hour extra for check out good response by staff also good budget trip

Room size was okay for 3 people. But they hadn't given a proper coat. The bathroom is too bad and mosquito trouble was there at night.
