Property is very bad not to clean and the water supply is very bad ac is not working staff awareness is zero

First of all the hotel name is not purple orchid, it is golden bird. The rooms and the bed (mattress & blanket) are very dirty and not in usable condition. The washroom are also very dirty. The walls of the had seepage.

in this hotel , tolet 🚽 was not coming water for wash , come to bad smell from room , every item demand no facilities well. for bathing water was not coming , proper

Need to improve rooms and the services quality

Hi, i have stayed there with my family. It was terrible experience. The name of the hotel, pics etc. Nothing matched with the pics provided by mmt. When i complained, the hotel removed the pics. Charging point was not working, no towels, no soap. I could not able to switch off my light of the room also. I asked them to upgrade the room but he said all rooms are same only. I have never experienced such horrible booking from mmt. Highly disappointed.

I traveled with my husband as there is exam of mine and we reached there approx 12 at night and called to hotel no. Provide in booking details the hotel staff denied the booking on call they said that hotel is closed and after reaching there they denied of booking and sold my room to another and i tried for refund also there is no refund never suggested mmp to any one 1st and last i tried it

Nice location and room are very genuine price.

Food are not available room service is also poor
