After check out we left property with in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues, including such as dirty room , I was expecting a higher level of service and quality, especially given the hotel's reputation and pricing. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the hotel's services and facilities

Location is v good, approx 300 mtr fm pf 1 prayagraj jn. Staff is cooperative, cleanliness of room is poor, charges appears to be more comparing services/amenties provided.

Old building, facilities are not that good. Small beds, can't accommodate more than 2 ppl. Most of the toilets are indian style. Hardly any western style. If you walk in, per room costs 750 only. Basis this i should have paid around 6000. But i paid 10600 rupees. There is an issue with hot water in one of room as well

Rooms are in very poor condition, not good for booking

The non-ac room is in very poor condition with bad plaster, window and roshandaan. Not good for solo or family. Plastic sheet was given in place of mattress. I didn't sleep whole night due to mosquito, the hotel provides mosquito coils in place of liquid repellent. Not worth, 400- 500 rs are more than enough for the room

Location wise good. Overall rating good if you think of a 1-2 star hotel. Well behaved and very helpful l employees. And they are very proactive towards helping. If you think of doing a sight seeing, the staffs can help you out fixing a driver for the same. One thing i disliked is washroom was not clean to my satisfaction, so was the corridor.

Cheated . Hotel manager refused to accept that it is booked through you. It was told that he did not get payment from you. I had to pay separately to him. The price quoted by you was 5. 3 times higher. For heaven's sake do not cheat. You have taken full 3 day money . Refund the money at the earliest .
