No provision for drivers stay, found unavilability of assistance staff for luggage transfers handling rest is ok

Location is very good. Breakfast is very good. Room was small. Washroom was clean. Restaurant food is average. Room academy was too old not working properly.

The property location is good it's very near from the railway station, the food is also good very nice service

Room was nice and clean. Service was good. Only, menu for complementary breakfast may be extended with variety.

Neat clean room and room allotted as requested. Service was nice with good house keeping and staff.

Infested with mosquitoes. We killed a 100 of them using the elec bat. They don't give the mosquitoe repeller unless you ask.

for standard room below were important observations - 1) location is great 2) in house restaurant is a plus. Didn't taste the food though. 3) lobby is congested with no covid safety precautions or measures in place. 4) lobby and room had some sort of odor may be because smoking was allowed in the rooms. 5) air conditioner was pretty old. While it did the job, it was loud enough to force a shut down. 6) ceiling above tv unit had some water cracks. 7) the remote for the tv wasn't working. It was replaced with a different one though. 8) one of the light in the room wasn't working. 9) only one dental kit was provided while we were 2 pax 10) the biggest turn down was the room size. It was extremely small and barely had any movement space. For a queen bed, they had put in 2 single bed mattress. This led to gap between the 2 matress which wasn't comfortable.

Room size of peace park was very small, AC was having leakage problem, the room service staff was very rude, he didn't even cared to help us shift our room at midnight, when we asked for room change due to problem of AC the bell boy was standing and not even gave a helping hand to shift our luggage. Rude behavior and not at all cooperative. Receptionist was very good and helpful but other staff was not. Rooms were over congested.

Nice staff and value for money

It was a short stay. We ordered for non-veg food. And it was tasty. The food taste was good. Specifically Dal Khichadi. We would like to come again. The staff was also very good.

First I thought this hotel will not up to the mark(during booking). Types of room: Standard, Delux, Suite. After then visiting, it was so nice. Rooms, bathrooms are in the cleaned state. Food quality is average. Room amenities: Bed, chair, cupboard, fan, AC(average), bucket and mug, shower, shaving kit, soap, dental kit, (no shampoo), two water bottles(if we asked only).Overall: For Business travellers 1 day stay will be good. (Will not recommend more than 1 day).

Not recommended for family. No hot water in bathroom. Continuous disturbance due to repair work. How dare you to take booking if your Hotel is under repair. Environment not good for family. Food average. Won't stay here again.
