Sanitization issue also staff response is not proper. No pne available at reception also hot qater was not provided. Insects are there cleanliness was not maintained. Towel provided was not clean, thank you

Very shabby condition, no room service at all, no provision for morning tea even. The hotel runs without any room boy/ service attendent. Bathroom is stinky, only hot water comes from all taps. No housekeeping. Absolutely wrong description provided by mmt the worst stay ever

There are two same name hotel, by mistake i did booking in this hotel, no food nothing, you need to travel for food for 5 6km, and still you will not get gud food near by, i came for business meeting, was tired after working, came to hotel and then i came to know that there is no restro, i came outside search for the hotel but there was no near by gud hotel,

The hotel don’t have kitchen then it’s a close hotel room service is not there room cleaning is not there if we ask for tea they will say they will not provide whole room is dusty and whole hotel only me and my husband are there for stay no parking facility for hotel. Don’t recommend these hotel for stay on makemytrip as it’s a close one

My parents both 60+ stayed at this hotel. There is no housekeeping, bed is on pathetic condition. No management in hotel, 2 guards and 1 caretaker only. Lights around the property and in common areas were bad amd gave a feeling of insecurity and eerie. No food available at all. Makemytrip trip should remove this hotel from there list and it is way overpriced.

Bedsheets also get damaged and not proper clean, ac is not working on 16 temp. Shower also damaged

Just as it is located in the Center of the city…use it as a last option. My Ratings - Location- 5/5; Room Size- 4.5/5; Cleanliness- 3/5; Staff Courtesy- 4/5; Over all - 3/5. Management should definitely consider for renovation and improvements.

There was no service at all. We had to go to reception and collect water, towel soaps etc. The place was a dirty place to stay.
