1. First of all on your application Hotel name is Super Hotel O Katla Bazar but when I visited there was not any such name Hotel his actual name is Star guest house 2. Bedding was not neat and clean 3. There was not provided any induction , electric kettle as per you mention while booking 4. There was a rat inside the room 5. Cleaning of room was not satisfactory
