I always do my bookings for hotels flights from make my trip. But after staying in this hotel heart residency i will no longer use make my trip. 1) the room was pathetic having full of foul smell. 2) bed sheets were dirty having various stains. 3) ac and geyser were not working as there was no electricity. 4) ceiling fan was making so much noise. 5) room was full with mosquitoes could not sleep whole night. 6) food was horrible, very bad taste. Overall total wastage of money. Make my trip is cheating with customers by enlisting such hotels having worst services.

The staffs behaviour was good and room was also neat and clean . the greatest things is that you can get a mountains view from your room's windows
