Property was disgusting and while check in, he denied for the room, told me that there is no room available. Later Hotel person took ₹200 extra on my booking for AC room and gave me a room which was so horrible.

We have booked for two room. They allotted only one. No tv, no wifi, no cleanliness. After reaching there staff s demanded more money as they explained they didn't get full payment but we showed them our transaction details. After that they said it's the makemy trip fraud. So we had paid them 50percent extra of total. Makemy trip is a worst app of booking through it. At the time of hesitation or requirement customers care will not pick the call. So becarefull before using makemytrip

Room was very dirty. Cockroaches, mosquitoes and lizards. No towels, no soap, no hot water. Its under construction property. Bathroom was very dirty and unhygienic.
