Plz refund my money

Unclean rooms, tv doesn't work, broken washroom door, provide horrible bedsheets by blaming cold season. Such a horrible experience in my twenty years of stay.

It has every relevant information and is trustworthy. I received the room details for my hotel reservation.

My family and i spent a night at this hotel. The bathing facilities were excellent, the room was lovely, and the beds were cozy. Highly recommendable

The bed is dreamy – soft but not too soft, and the pillows are like clouds. Best sleep ever. Recommendable

Convenient location clean and affordable and comfortable bed, clean rooms, very friendly, smart, responsive staff.

The decoration of the building and in the rooms was amazing. It gave us an aesthetic vibe and was also good for taking photos.

No wifi no ac no room service dirty room no hot water after 4pm dirty bed no tv

I had booked an ac room, but the receptionist said there is no ac room left. I had some arguments but i had no choice, but to take the room as the time was quite late. The bedsheets looked uncleaned. No ventilation at all.

1. The room was dirty, staff were completely impolite, no ac/tv/wifi in room as promised. Hot water is only for 2 hrs in morning. Sometimes no tap water too. Ordered coffee but they delivered 15 ml coffee for rs 20.

Services is very poor. Bathrooms are below average. Parking of vehicles is very difficult. Overall it's an non recommended hotel

We booked two rooms for four people. As we reached hotel, they were reluctant to give two separate rooms, though they gave when insisted. No water, towel amd soap was provided. We had to go to the reception and they provided only soap. Pillow cover and bed sheet were very dirty, as if no washed for a long or not changed after serving previous customers. After insisting, they changed only pillow covers.

Good location. nearby Good vegetarian restaurant. however, d hotelier charges ₹200/- to 400/- extra, even though full amount is remitted as required while booking, saying that oyo booking at ₹1000/- minimum. even if booking is done. which is not fair.
