There is really a wonderful experience on Oyo hotel silver plaza, neat n clean room, marvellous interior, good service & location is also good. 😊👌🏻👍🙏

I have booked for 2 different days on first day of arrival they denied for check telling me that all the rooms are booked. I asked them for some alternative they put me in a horrible hotel. I have to contact mm t team and they helped me resolve issue. Would request mm t to take actions against such properties and also consider to replace the hotel in such scenarios

The location of this hotel is inside a mall. The rooms lack ventilation and was very clumsy. Buckets has holes in it, taps were defective. Washroom was not having exhaust. Room service was also poor. Considering the tariff, it wasn't worth it. Out of the two receptionist one was polite and helpful but the other was very rude.

Room was stinking with cigarette smell. Staff unfriendly. Building condition was not good. Will never stay again and will not recommend.

There was no facility of in-house room service. So no food. They serve only breakfast and that too only toast and egg.
