I booked hotel through make my trip at the time of check in hotel refused to give room saying we don't offer on line booking our rates are more. After paying extra about one third booking amount hotel give room. What a nonsense dealing it was.

If you can trust me then pols do not book this hotel as i am telling this with my personal experience. Do not expect any hygiene, customer service or anyone who will be listening to you, hotel staff even don't know the a b c d of customer service. Rest you all are matured to take healthy decision
