Hotel O Shiv Garden Resort

The hotel staff was very rude, and some repair work was happening, so the room and furniture were very dirty. I highly recommend not staying at this property.

The hotel is not in condition as to what it's shown in the photos. Washroom is not cleaned lock is missing in room no 203 which was assigned to me. Ac was not working. Drinking water was not provided curtains were not good, privacy was compromised. Proper hygiene was not maintained in short i will give rating of 2 on scale of 5, and value for money is zero.

Don't believe what you see about this property they show fake photo of property they give different property worse hotel in darbhanga i don't believe what they put on this picture and what they give ac not working they don't have tv in room and there are no wifi and five star attitude but disgusting service and if you order something from there restaurant then they never provide or forgot what you order you can go from zamoto or swiggy and one more thing there are no telephone to contact room service and all and one more thing if you are healthy you can't in enter there washroom because door are so small never trust on them one more thing best sun views at 1pm from your room ac not working and curtains are useless

Location is good but i have booked that room they not provide me they have provide very dirty room.

All over darbhanga this hotel rooms are nice spacious and well interior and lighting and food is really nice the only problem is tv, ac, gyser didn’t work properly
